Dormy Inn Kagoshima

Its location was magnificent, near the shopping streets and the river, and Kogoshima center station. The breakfast served was amazing with local food special.

The service was efficient and the rooms were a decent size and nice styled with all the amenities, sofa and good size beds. Location: the hotel was so close to a tram stop that goes straight to the main railway station, shopping street and lots of restaurants around and the downtown and Kogoshima center station.

The spa on the top floor was lovely. It was really relaxing to soak in the hot bath after an excursion!

Would be happy to recommend for a brief pit stop

Comfortable room, convenient location, with easy access to the nearby bus station and a fine early morning view of the volcano, complemented by a delicious breakfast that exceeded my expectations.

Nothing it was perfect

The hotel is in a good location of Kagoshima close to the tourist sites and the shopping district.The room was clean and very functional. The onsen on top of the hotel is really nice.

I loved the clean onsen facilities and the free ramen every night! The cozy manga library in the cooldown room was a good surprise. I’d definitely come back.

Super close to the JR station and enjoyed tranquil afternoons in the onsen, especially when I had it all to myself. Plus, I went jogging by the river. The volcano view was unreal!

But dear me, the charging ports were practically non-existent. I seemed like I was playing hide and seek with my phone charger!

The room was decent-sized and clean. I appreciated the little things, like the casual yukata to wear around. It was super convenient having access to a washing machine on the 13th floor. But honestly, I could've used a bit more seating-just felt a tad cramped sometimes.

I was impressed by the rooftop onsen, it offered amazing city views at night! The free ramen in the late evenings was a good surprise after a long day.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but the price was still reasonable.

Enjoyed the lovely hot spring facilities and the free late-night ramen. Room cleanliness could be improved, especially the bathroom. Location was convenient with many shops nearby.
